- Lead the design, development, and implementation of the e-BETP digital platform.
- Oversee system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Coordinate and mentor the development team to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Contribute directly to backend and frontend development of the portal.
- Translate project requirements into practical, user-centered digital solutions.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges, improving system efficiency and reliability.
- Support data-driven decision-making through effective system design and integration.
- Ensure continuous improvement and alignment of technology with project goals.
